Nutrition therapy belongs to complementary and alternative medicine. Doctors often recommend either nutritional supplements or diet plans to aid in recovery. Yet, it does not qualify as formal mainstream medical treatment.

Payment of Fees:

Fees for your initial appointment must be paid in full and in advance before your appointment.

Our fees are for consultation only. They do not include the cost of any supplements, recommended medical tests, or doctor visits.

There is a minimum lock-in period for family nutrition plans. We shall inform you of the same in advance, and shall proceed based on your acceptance of the same.

Monthly fees to be paid at the beginning of every month for plans of longer durations.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance at no deductions or additional charges.
While we try our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee you a spot of your preference when you reschedule your appointment.
You cannot transfer your appointment or nutrition plan to any other person, whether from the start or midway.
If a need arises to freeze your plan, we will figure out a suitable solution, and based on the situation, Nutrition Praxis shall have the final say.

Refund Policy for Initial Consultation:

No refunds shall be made in any way, whether in whole or in part, for the dietary counselling services provided by Nutrition Praxis.
If you have any issues with our nutrition counselling services, please feel free to let us know. We will use professionally reasonable methods to resolve your issues. But, under no circumstances does that qualify for a refund of any sort for services you have already claimed.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
Appointments cancelled 12 hours in advance will receive a 50 per cent refund of the total amount paid.
We have a no-refund policy for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment.
There will be absolutely no refunds of any sort if you select a package and discontinue midway.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be made within 3-10 business days, preferably by the same method you used to pay.
For any international transactions, variations in the exchange rate provided by the service through you paid might affect your final refund value.

Termination of Services:

Either you or Nutrition Praxis can terminate the package service at any time before the beginning of the next month. If you have paid for the full package in advance, we will refund the unused amount within 3-10 working days after the termination date. If a dispute arises, it might take longer.

Modifications to Fees and Services:

Nutrition Praxis reserves the right to modify/ discontinue any of its services (or any part thereof) and their respective prices at any given time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification(s), price change(s), suspension or discontinuance of any of our services.

Nutritionpraxis.com employs cookies. Cookies are small code snippets placed on your computer, which we use to understand your interaction with our website.

Cookie Data on user behaviour helps us improve your future visits to nutritionpraxis.com.
